NOTHING! Well, preferably wear shoes and clothes that you feel comfortable in. Apart from that, come as you are, whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, want to release tensions after a long day or simply are looking to connect with people that share similar interests.
After we get together at the meeting point, we will do a short warm-up, run for about 30 minutes, then cool down and meditate for about 10-15 minutes.
Studies have shown that taking a moment after physical exercise to appreciate the positive effects it had on our body and mind helps creating a positive association with physical exercise and therefore increases the probability of integrating it as habit in the long term. Because, you know, our brain remembers that we like do things that are fun. Ha!
